Position Title:Diversity and Inclusion Lead
We know that improving diversity, equity and inclusion is critical to delivering positive outcomes for children and young people and the success of the organisation. The CiN Executive Directors and CiN Board have committed to taking tangible and measurable actions to improve DE & I as one of five organisational priorities, as a leading charity, as an employer, a funder, a fundraiser and storyteller.
- Advising on equity, diversity and inclusion issues and creating programmes or plans to promote understanding and progress implementation of these values across the organisation
- Piloting organisational diversity initiatives and measuring success to determine any amendments that need to be made prior to launch
- Leading the development of an internal equity, diversity, and inclusion strategy, to ensure this work is embedded in the work of all teams, Board of Trustees and our partners

- Ten UK-wide radio networks, providing the best live music broadcasting in the UK, as well as speech radio which informs, educates and entertains. We also have two national radio services each in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and 39 local radio stations across England and the Channel Islands, providing an invaluable and unique service to listeners across the UK
