Position Title:Customer Service Advisor

  • Provide day to day service desk support for customers to report faults and issues
  • Log, prioritise, assign and track requests, ensuring that all complaints are resolved
  • Manage communications to service users in the event of any service impacting issues


  • Previous experience in a Customer Service / Call Centre / Helpdesk Administrator role
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Understanding of Microsoft word, Excel, and Access
