Responsibilities:

  • Successful candidates joining HMRC and FIS will undertake mandatory learning in addition to our Learning & Development offer.
  • Working collaboratively to build skills, capabilities, and share best practice to deliver business objectives.
  • HMRC and FIS offer a wide range of learning and career development opportunities and we encourage you to be fully engaged in your own development.
  • As an Investigation Hub Officer, you will provide leadership to Administrative Officers in the team. You may also have the opportunity to line manage within your team.
  • Adhering to all HMRC HR policies in relation to staff management with a clear focus on developing your team.

Requirements:

  • The ability to prioritise and multi-task, ensuring service delivery to your customers.
  • A full UK Driving Licence is an advantage as is the willingness to drive official vehicles
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide inclusive leadership.
  • Applicants must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office O365 products, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills, including an ability to be self-starting; work effectively and remain professional and working to deadlines.
  • Good written and oral communication skills, paying particular attention to detail.
